The applicant will apply on the prescribed application form.
The prescribed application form and detailed brochure can be obtained by courier or registered post by sending a demand draft of Rs 250/- in favour of concerned Estate Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority Gurgaon/Faridabad payable at Gurgaon/Faridabad or by paying in cash Rs 200/- from any of the Offices mentioned below:
The Office of the Chief Administrator, HUDA, C-3, HUDA Complex, Sector 6, Panchkula.
The Office of the Estate Officer, HUDA, Sector 14, Gurgaon.
The Office of the Estate Officer, HUDA, Sector 12, Faridabad.
