It was an afternoon of patriotism, fun and music. At the suncity world school, the republic day was celebrated with lots of enthusiasm, dedication and frolic. The event was graced by congress MP navin jindal, His highness Arvind singh Mewar of Udaipur and Sh. L N Goel of Zee network. The event was attended by lots of student’s there families.

The fun and adventure started with the Treasure hunt. The participants had to locate the seven colors of rainbow, that is, VIBGYOR, hidden in the entire suncity.

The treasure hunt involved the participants to collect the seven colors of rainbow scattered in various treasure troves in order of the objects written in the list and then arranged in a polybag in order of the rainbow colors in one hour. Music lovers in Gurgaon had a ball listening to Haryana hurricane Himani and Vivacious Paresh from Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, a popular reality TV Show. They enthralled the audience with peppy numbers. The audience jived with them. The whole mood turned musical and very upbeat.

The Suncity world School is conceived as a blend of physical and mental stimulation for children between the age group of five and fifteen years old. Ms. Rupa Chakraborty, the Principal, delivered her speech in Hindi and appealed to all the elders to guide the children in a positive way by setting up examples themselves. Children in different age groups were awarded prizes for the drawing competition held earlier this month. The winner of treasure hunt got the home theatre system as the mega prize.
